Historic Preservation / Renovation
BCA understands historic renovation as an important component of sustainable development. The conservation, re-use and improvement of existing buildings is instrumental in preserving the character of an era. Through renovation and re-use these buildings are given new life. BCA has worked on renovation projects at the historic properties of the Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach and the Spa at Fisher Island.
